Clinton - Barbara Bernard, 51, of Clinton, passed away peacefully at home with the love of her life by her side on November 8, 2017, after battling an illness. \r\n\r\nShe was born June 29, 1966, in Waterville. The daughter of Walter and Gloria Bernard. Barbara was educated in Waterville area schools and graduated the class of 1984.\r\n\r\nBarbara had a few jobs over the years but her most current job was at Huhtamaki in Waterville. She loved gambling, movies, lawn sale-ing, going to the beach and just going on random adventures. Barbara and Shawn traveled a lot the past couple of years and enjoyed life to the fullest, one of their last vacations was this past August to Alaska. Barbara loved to live life to the fullest and make people laugh. \r\n\r\nShe was predeceased by her parents and Shawn’s parents.\r\n\r\nBarbara is survived by her companion Shawn David Casey, his Son Joshua Casey and wife Jody Casey and their two sons Dylan and Grayson and The Entire Casey family; her siblings, Diane and husband Roland Gelinas, Susan and husband Jim Giguere, Gail and husband Carl Burwood, Jane Allen and her companion John Feix, and John Bernard; and her many close friends who shared her adventures with. \r\n\r\nA celebration of life will be held on December 2nd, at Poulin-Turner Union Hall, 653 Waterville Rd., Skowhegan, Maine, at 2 p.m.
